This is a women self help group that promotes rural womens self reliance and entreprenuership in sironko district.It is the brain child of Dr Jane Gidudu They encourage activities like tailoring and small business retail. NAMCA has in the past donated sewing machines and will continue to support this initiative

Vocational Skills Training for Immediate Employment

The Education Resource Center (ERC)

The Educational Resource Center (ERC) is our flagship project. It is a 3 phase multi-purpose  building project that will house a vocational and health training center, public computer lab , public library , museum  and class A office space in mbale town.This project is self sustaining - the revenues from rental of office space will fund the education and health services the facility provides.


Empowering women entrepreneurs


This a cause NAMCA supports through fundraising to pay tuition for rural girls who have excelled their primary school studies but cannot afford to tuition to secondary school and beyond. Tuition for girls in this program is funded from secondary school all the way to university. This an initiative of the Elgon Education Foundation (EEF), a rural based and community-focused educational institution founded by Prof. Timothy Wangusa.
